Author Dedication and Acknowledgments

In my opinion, no individual would be successful without support from others, either within the family or from society. I would like to acknowledge the following people for the encouragement and support they have extended that has enabled me to be successful as a professional as well as an author. This book is dedicated to all the people mentioned here.

My father, Sri Venkata Lakshmana Murthy Kolachina, and my mother, the late Srimathi Kamala Devi Kolachina, gave me this invaluable life and a valuable education, taught me moral principles, and provided inestimable support for the life that I am enjoying today. My parents excelled in raising me, and I am proud to be their son.

I also am very thankful to wellwishers and family friends, Sri Vinai Bhushan VR Kanteti and his wife Srimathi Swarajya Lakshmi Kanteti, who helped me establish my professional career and always encouraged me in my endeavors.

I am deeply grateful to my wife, Parvathi Devi, and daughters, Kamala Priyadarsini and Shilpa, who have shown me love, affection, and support throughout my career, even when I was spending late nights on my writing and other professional activities. I also want to thank my brothers, Venkata Ramana Murthy and Rama Murthy, and my other relatives who have always given me love, affection, encouragement, and support.

I want to express my sincere thanks to Karen Giles at Borland Developer Relations, who assisted me significantly by providing the necessary software to test my sample programs, as well as other related information. I also must express my thanks to my friends who have reviewed parts of the book and provided valuable suggestions, and who encouraged me to become an author.

Next, I am very grateful to Charles River Media publishers and its staff for giving me this opportunity to share my knowledge with the reading community and for their excellent support throughout the process of bringing this book to the market.

Finally, I want to express my gratitude to the Almighty God, who has given me so many wellwishers and who has always enriched me with just thoughts that allowed me to use my knowledge to its full potential.
